We are MG Party Wall Experts — an established party wall surveying practice working with homeowners, architects and developers right across London. Everything is handled in-house by our own surveyors. No call centres, no farmed-out juniors, and no jargon for the sake of it.

Our experienced surveyors kept seeing the same pattern: companies that could not handle the workload, let notices slip, and sat on awards for weeks. Instead of the Party Wall Act enabling projects, it was becoming what held projects back. We built MG around fixing exactly that.
Today we act for building owners and adjoining owners nationwide — from single-storey rear extensions in Barnet to multi-plot developments and basement schemes across the UK. We only do party wall work, which means the Act is not a sideline for us; it is the entire job.

The party wall industry is unregulated, so anyone can call themselves a party wall surveyor. That is why we deliberately do things differently: we are RICS-regulated, insured up to £10m, and members of the bodies that actually shape practice under the 1996 Act.
