The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That means text that resizes without breaking the layout, sufficient colour contrast, pages that work with a keyboard alone, meaningful headings and link text, and alternative text on images that carry information.
What should work well
- Zooming to 200% without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
- Navigating the site, menus and the enquiry form using only a keyboard.
- Using a screen reader to read page content, headings and form labels.
- Reading the site on a phone — layouts reflow rather than requiring side-scrolling.
- Reduced-motion preferences: animations are decorative and respect your system setting.
Known limitations
- Embedded video is served by a third-party player whose controls we do not fully control, and not all videos are captioned yet.
- Reviews shown on the homepage come from Google and carry that content as written by the reviewer.
- Some diagrams explaining the Party Wall Act carry short alternative text; if you need a fuller description, ask and we will provide one.
- Older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are replacing these as they are revised.
Documents in another format
Notices, Schedules of Condition and Awards can be provided in large print, in a plain-text or accessible-tagged file, or read out to you over the phone. There is no charge. Ask the surveyor handling your matter, or email info@mgpartywallexperts.co.uk, and say which format suits you.
Reporting a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, tell us what page you were on and what happened, and what assistive technology or browser you were using if you know. Email info@mgpartywallexperts.co.uk or call 020 4592 1855. We will acknowledge within 3 working days and tell you what we can fix and when.
If you are not happy with our response, you can raise the matter directly with us by email or phone and we will do our best to resolve it.
How we test
The site is checked with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, automated accessibility tooling and a screen reader on the pages people use most: the homepage, the service pages and the enquiry form. We retest whenever a page is rebuilt.
This page is written in plain English for clarity. It sets out our own policies and procedures and is not legal advice on your project.
